TRUE WAVE OF CHANGE HAS COME

Selling the American people the idea of change elected the current President. Now with a failed Bailout plan and the universal health care fiasco, America is waking up and realizing that yes in fact we need change. We need representatives in D.C. not some person who thinks they are above the ones that sent them there in the first place. America is a country founded on the idea of representation of the people FOR THE PEOPLE. Not for an individual to put themselves above the district that elected them. Our Representatives are to be just that, our Representatives.
Case in point is Mr. Frank from MASS had a town hall meeting which he was severely booed at and yet instead of listening to the very people who put him in office he simply argued with them and at one point stated "You don't have to trust me" in other words I am going to do what I want to do and frankly I don't care what you think. It is this type of pompous, arrogance and lack of respect, which is causing America to make a change, and the change is now under way.
I think it is time for people keep the pressure on; the wave of Change has come in the form of people rising up and speaking out.  I say, it is time for true change in D.C. and the power is in the hands of people. I don't care if they are Republican or Democrat or even Independent.  The key is if they don't represent the people who put them in office they should be voted out in 2010.  Time to clean house! The idea that they are above the people is crazy.  They work for us; we do not work for them... they are not our boss! We have the final say. So let’s say it. Fire these people who have no desire to serve. They just want the perks, the status and a book deal.
It is time to vote people into office who truly care about what is best for America, not what is best for their pocket or the benefits the will get. We need a smaller, simpler and less taxing Government, with representatives who truly listen to those that put them in office.
